EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO
Marketing Systems, AI & Operations
Full-Time | Remote | Reports to Natasha Broxton, Founder of Select Auto Parts & Automotive in Black

Mission of the Role
We’re hiring a highly capable Executive Assistant to work directly with Natasha Broxton — an award-winning entrepreneur scaling multiple ventures and mentoring local business owners.
This is not a basic admin role. You will serve as a strategic execution partner, managing operations, marketing systems, and virtual assistants across two growing brands. You’ll help turn high-level strategy into day-to-day execution using tools like GoHighLevel, Canva, and AI systems.

Key Responsibilities
Operations and Leadership Support


Manage Natasha’s calendar, inbox, scheduling, and daily priorities.


Prepare meeting briefs and follow-up summaries.


Organize and maintain business systems using Asana, Notion, or Google Workspace.


Document processes into clear SOPs.


Marketing and Automation


Set up workflows, forms, and automations inside GoHighLevel.


Support content scheduling, email automations, and CRM organization.


Help track marketing performance and compile monthly reports.


Team Coordination


Assign and oversee tasks for offshore VAs.


Ensure content, design, and marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.


Maintain accountability systems using project management tools.


AI and Efficiency Tools


Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, ---------- v) to create content or improve workflows.


Research and recommend process improvements.



Required Experience and Skills


2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Operations Manager.


Strong experience with GoHighLevel or similar marketing CRM platforms.


Excellent written and spoken English.


Proficient with Google Workspace, Asana, Canva, and automation tools.


Highly organized, reliable, and resourceful.


Able to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision.

Compensation


Full-Time Remote Position (40 hours per week)


Pay: $700 to $1,000 USD/month, depending on experience and initiative


Performance-based bonuses after 90 days
