Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Education Counselor who can engage with potential learners, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right SAP training program. The role involves student counseling, lead follow-up, and sales conversion through online channels (calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media).

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students about SAP courses and digital learning programs.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
Explain course features, benefits, career scope, and pricing details clearly.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Build positive relationships with students and maintain a high satisfaction level.

Requirements
Strong communication and convincing skills in English (Tagalog is a plus).
Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or telemarketing preferred.
Familiarity with online learning or IT courses (especially SAP) is an advantage.
Must be self-motivated, passionate, and result-oriented.
Should have a smartphone, internet connection, and headset for remote work.
