Job Title: Experienced Amazon Wholesale & Online Arbitrage Virtual Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant specializing in wholesale and online arbitrage (OA) sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product sourcing strategies, supplier research, and profitability analysis for Amazon FBA. You will play a key role in finding profitable products, analyzing deals, and managing supplier relationships to help grow and scale our Amazon business.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough product research to identify profitable wholesale and online arbitrage opportunities
Source products from reputable wholesale distributors, brands, and online retail websites
Analyze product profitability using tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, Tactical Arbitrage, or similar software
Evaluate product demand, competition, and sales rank to ensure profitable and sustainable sourcing decisions
Maintain and update spreadsheets with product data, supplier information, and deal analysis
Build and maintain relationships with wholesale suppliers, brands, and distributors
Request product catalogs, negotiate pricing, and analyze bulk deals for potential resale opportunities
Ensure all sourced products comply with Amazon policies and are eligible for FBA or FBM
Monitor product trends, pricing fluctuations, and new opportunities in the marketplace
Provide regular sourcing reports and performance updates to management
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Amazon Wholesale or Online Arbitrage Virtual Assistant
Strong knowledge of sourcing and analysis tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, Tactical Arbitrage, or SmartScout
Familiarity with Amazon FBA requirements and product eligibility guidelines
Excellent analytical, organizational, and research skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Effective communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams
Ability to calculate profit margins, ROI, and total landed costs accurately
Preferred Skills:
Experience using inventory management or repricing tools
Understanding of IP and brand restrictions within Amazon’s policies
Knowledge of multiple marketplaces such as the US, UK, or EU Amazon platforms
