Creative Strategist (Direct Response) — Full Time
Build a health & pain-relief brand that changes lives
We’re building a category-defining health product designed to deliver tangible relief at home, and your ideas will be the engine that takes it from prototype to mainstream.

• Scale runway: we’re spending ~45k/month on ads today and have the infrastructure to scale much further when creatives hit.
What you’ll do
• Own the concept ? brief ? production ? testing loop for purchase-driven ads (Meta primarily).
• Turn customer pain points into high-intent hooks, angles, and storyboards that convert.
• Read the numbers with the media buyer (CTR, IPM, CPC, CPA, MER) and double down on winners.
What you’ve done
• Proven direct-response experience for purchases (not lead gen) with winning ads you can show and explain.
• Platform fluency + landing-page congruence + offer psychology.
• Taste, speed, and accountability in a rapid-testing environment.
• You’ve read Breakthrough Advertising by Eugene Schwartz and understand the stages of awareness and market sophistication.
Comp
• Full-time.
• Fixed salary + % of ad spend on creatives you originate that scale.
