JOB OVERVIEW

We are a creative performance agency that produces high-converting advertising content for social media. We are looking for a Motion Designer with strong sound design skills who can turn static concepts and user-generated content (UGC) into engaging, results-driven video ads for platforms like Meta and TikTok.

==What We Do==
• Create ad creatives designed for performance and conversion.
• Work with UGC, product footage, AI visuals, and b-roll content.
• Combine visuals and sound to produce motion ads that capture attention.
• Deliver several versions (at least 3) of each concept to optimize testing and results.

==Your Role==
Content Creation:
• Take creative briefs and build video ads from raw materials: UGC clips, product shots, voiceovers, and sound effects.
• Design and animate motion graphics optimized for Meta and TikTok.
• Add thoughtful sound design — balance music, effects, and voiceovers to enhance impact.
• Deliver at least 3 unique variations per concept.

Technical Workflow:
• Manage and organize files on Google Drive.
• Work mainly in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma for collaboration.
• Communicate with the team daily via Slack.
• Deliver high-quality motion ads on time.

==What We’re Looking For==
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in motion design, especially for paid social campaigns.
• A portfolio showing strong performance-focused ad examples (UGC, sound-enhanced, e-commerce).
• Proven ability to create ads that increase conversions.

Technical Skills:
• Expert knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and sound design tools.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Skilled in mixing audio (music, effects, voiceovers).
• Understanding of direct-response and mobile-first ad principles.

Collaboration:
• Excellent communication skills (German, English, or other language as required).
• Ability to interpret briefs and transform them into effective motion concepts.
• Open to feedback and proactive in communication.
• Reliable with deadlines and comfortable working remotely.
