Sales Systems & Campaign Operator (Part-Time, Remote)

For UK Founder – 3 Businesses (Digital, Tech, Engineering)
We’re looking for a proactive operator who can run and improve live marketing and sales systems — not just follow tasks.
You’ll manage and optimise campaigns for both our own brands (Kleo and Max Sales FX) and our clients, using tools like GoHighLevel (GHL), Dripify, and AI outbound agents. Your job is to keep campaigns performing, data accurate, and opportunities improving every week.
This is a hands-on operations role, not a virtual assistant job. You’ll take ownership of results — spotting issues early, suggesting improvements, and helping systems perform at their best.

Your Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor campaigns in GHL, Dripify, and related tools.
• Track key metrics, report weekly results, and propose optimisations.
• Keep campaign data, lead lists, and documentation accurate.
• Coordinate across 3 active UK-based businesses to ensure consistent delivery.

• Are comfortable using digital tools (we’ll train you on specifics).
• Enjoy improving workflows and tracking results.

Role Details
• Part-time: 10–15 hrs/week (with room to grow).
• Timezone: At least 3 hrs overlap with UK (9am–6pm).
• Pay: ?300–?350/hour depending on experience.
• Payment: Every 2 weeks via Wise or PayPal.
