Cold Calling VA – Towing Leads

About the role:
We are a digital marketing agency doing cold outreach for a specific niche of clients (towing/plumbing). We’re looking for a confident, reliable cold caller with a clear, friendly voice and excellent English communication skills. You’ll be cold calling towing companies for partnership opportunities. We will provide the leads. You need to be comfortable speaking on the phone, managing objections, and booking follow-up calls.

Responsibilities:
- Call towing companies to confirm service details and assess interest in our program
- Create scripts (with flexibility) to engage, qualify, and book leads
- Use skills to get in touch with decision makers
- Update CRM (Google Sheets) with notes and outcomes
- Report on daily activities and results
- Handle basic follow-ups (via call or SMS)

Requirements:
- Clear spoken English with neutral accent (voice sample required)
- Prior experience in cold calling or appointment setting
- Confidence in speaking to business owners and staff
- Stable internet + noise-cancelling headset
- Able to work during EST
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Experience with emergency service type businesses (e.g. towing)
- Familiarity with dialers like cloudtalk.
