We are a fast-growing husband and wife-led accountancy practice based in the UK.

We’re looking for a talented bookkeeper to join us as we strive to grow our business and help even more business owners manage their finances.

Working hours are flexible; there is no requirement to work UK time.

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Salary is paid weekly, every Monday for the prior week.


The Role & Responsibilities

You’ll be assigned a portfolio of clients to take under your wing and will work closely with both directors. Some of the key responsibilities will include;

Bookkeeping in Xero, including bank reconciliations, processing purchase invoices and expenses, and supplier statement reconciliations.

Preparation of financial statements, including fixed assets, prepayments and accruals.

Assist with the onboarding of new clients, in particular, clearing up historical inaccuracies in their accounts
Assisting directors with ad hoc work.


The Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience.
Relevant qualifications
Xero expert
Full understanding of financial statements
Attention to detail is essential
Well organised
Able to work on multiple clients simultaneously
