Tasks & Responsibilities
- Creating Offers (Content + Copy)
- DATA ENTRY
- Checking Quality and Quantity of your teams output
- Creative tasks such as message and offer creation
- Administrative tasks such as scheduling, tracking and evaluating
- Coordinating a team: Delegating tasks and supporting the team hands-on in terms of outages etc.
- Managing Vacation Days

Job Info:
- 6d a week, 8h/day, 1 fix off
- $700 base salary during 1 month trial phase, then $800 and rising based on output, paid monthly
- transparent value ladder that is linked to realistic KPIs, up to $1500 within the first 6 months.
- no time-tracking tool, performance based on KPIs (Quantity&Quality)
- 22 paid off days per year
- position to promote to a Coordinator and then Leader position
