Who We’re Looking For
This is NOT a job for someone who just wants to be told what to do.

We need someone who:
- Thinks 3 steps ahead and sees problems before they become problems
- Takes ownership of projects and drives them to completion
- Asks “why” instead of just accepting tasks at face value
- Proposes solutions proactively, not just executes orders
- Stays curious about AI trends and brings new ideas to the table
- Communicates clearly and isn’t afraid to challenge assumptions when something doesn’t make sense

Core Responsibilities
- Automation & Workflow Building
- Design and build complex workflows in N8N that integrate multiple platforms
- Manage and optimize our GoHighLevel (GHL) infrastructure
- Create intelligent automations that save time and improve client experience
- Connect various tools: Airtable, Slack, Supabase, APIs, and more
- AI Implementation
- Build and maintain AI-powered systems (RAG agents, chatbots, intelligent assistants)
- Implement AI solutions that enhance our coaching delivery
- Stay ahead of AI developments and bring relevant opportunities to the team
- Test and refine AI systems for accuracy and user experience
- Strategic Problem-Solving
- Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues and implement permanent fixes (not band-aids)
- Document systems in a way that others can understand and maintain
- Suggest improvements to workflows based on data and user feedback

Required Skills
Must Have:
- Advanced experience with N8N (or similar workflow automation tools)
- Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Experience building AI integrations (ChatGPT API, vector databases, RAG systems, etc.)
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and data structure
- Ability to work EST hours (or significant overlap)
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Self-directed and proactive work style

Big Plus:
- Experience with Airtable, Supabase, Slack integrations
- Background in healthcare, coaching, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization
- Basic understanding of JavaScript/Python for custom code in workflows
- Experience with vector databases and RAG implementations
