Debt Collection Specialist (Full-Time, EST Hours)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST

Compensation: USD base salary + performance bonuses/commission (commensurate with experience)

Location: Remote

We’re a fast-growing debt collection agency seeking a results-driven professional to contact consumers, negotiate payment solutions, and close agreements while providing a respectful, compliant experience.

Make high-volume outbound calls; handle inbound inquiries as needed
Verify accounts, explain balances, and negotiate payment plans/settlements
Close arrangements and document all interactions in the CRM
Collaborate with team leads to hit daily/weekly KPIs
Excellent/near-native English (spoken & written)
Proven experience in cold calling and closing
Background in real estate sales, acquisitions, or lead qualification (plus strong negotiation skills)
Goal-oriented mindset with resilience and professional phone presence
Reliability to work 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
Prior experience in debt collection, skip tracing, or financial services
Familiarity with FDCPA (or your local compliance framework)
USD salary with clear bonus/commission structure
