Social Media Manager

Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s objectives and engages our target audience. You will create and manage content across various platforms, track performance metrics, and work closely with the marketing team to drive awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with brand guidelines.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Respond to audience interactions and foster a positive community online.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, events, and product launches.
Manage social media calendar and ensure timely content publication.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
Experience with paid social media campaigns and ad management is a plus.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
