Online Sales & Customer Support Executive (Remote, Web Store)

Sales & Customer Support Executive (Remote) for Label Tapes & Label Printers Store
Remote (Saudi local time +3)
Type: Full-time (Saturday to thursday 9am to 6pm saudi time )

Key Responsibilities:

*Handle WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email & phone customer inquiries
*Check product prices from Excel stock list and quote accurately. (text quotes and official quotes pdf)
*Record customer inquiries in Google Sheets / CRM
*Follow up with leads and coordinate with management.
*Maintain product updates on Shopify (if needed)
*Maintain stock for physical store/warehouse
*Provide daily activity and lead reports

Skills:
*Strong written & spoken English (Arabic a plus)
*Experience in customer service or online product inquiries
*Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
*Familiar with Shopify or similar platforms
*Professional communication skills (WhatsApp & email)
*Reliable internet connection and availability during KSA hours


Required Work Flow:
Customer contact via email,WhatsApp or phone ask for a product from our website.
You will check stock from excel sheet or webstore.
You will check price from price list, bulk qty or small qty different price.
You will write price to customer and send datasheet of item from system.
If Customer wants to order, you will contact manager and prepare official quotation for approval.
Upon approval you will send quotation and bank details to the customer by whatsapp or email.
If Customer makes payment and confirms order. You create order request and follow up with management.
If order in stock, you request for shipping same day or next day.
If order not ready-stock you request to order parts and follow up lead time until order arrives.
Follow up with customer who dont place order. (Follow up calls or whatsapp or email)

Sales commission after few months of work flow and sales evaluation.
