VA for Hiring U.S.-Based Full Stack Developers

We’re looking for a Recruiting Virtual Assistant (VA) to help us find and attract U.S.-based full stack developers (mobile and web) for part-time remote roles.

Your main responsibility will be to post job listings and source qualified candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, X (Twitter), and any other social media or job boards of your choice. You’ll be free to use your own strategies or preferred platforms — what matters most is finding skilled and interested developers based in the U.S.

This role is compensation-based, meaning payment will be provided for number of candidates regardless of successful hires.

Responsibilities:

- Create and post compelling job ads for full stack developer positions
- Source and engage potential candidates (U.S.-based)
- Share candidate details and coordinate introductions/interviews
- Communicate updates on progress

Requirements:

- Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (especially tech roles)
- Familiarity with U.S. job platforms and developer communities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results

Compensation:

Performance-based (paid per successful hire)
