JOB OVERVIEW:
1. Deal Automator Setup & Integration
• Document how Deal Automator is currently set up and how it integrates with Keap.
• Step-by-step on what to do if we add a new product inside DA.
• Step-by-step on how to edit an existing product inside DA.
• Day-to-day tasks you perform (merging contacts, contact management, data hygiene).
• Any custom code or scripts that tie DA to Keap.

2. Keap API Calls
• Full list of current API calls/webhooks running between Keap and other systems.
• Confirm whose credentials/account they are running under.
• API keys and refresh tokens, plus where they’re stored.
• Any scheduled jobs, tasks, or scripts tied to these calls.

3. OnceHub Integration
• Document how OnceHub connects to Keap (tags, triggers, automations).
• Step-by-step on setting up a new OnceHub scheduling link and ensuring it flows into Keap correctly.
• Any Zapier or API connectors involved in this integration.

Core Skills (Must Know):
• Keap CRM (Infusionsoft)
• Building/editing campaigns & products
• Managing API connections, order forms, and payment integrations
• Understanding opportunity creation in Keap (pipelines, stages, automations tied to opportunities)
• Zapier (integrations between apps & Keap)
• DNS Management
• Domain, subdomain, and email record setup in GoDaddy (or similar registrars)
• Zoom (meeting/webinar setup, integrations with CRM)
• Troubleshooting incoming tech tickets quickly and independently
• Ability to write basic code (API calls, scripts, or small connectors between Keap and other software platforms)

Preferred Skills / Experience (Nice to Have):
• Typeform, OnceHub, WebinarFuel (setup + integration with Keap)
• Customer Hub/Portal setup for Keap users
• Experience with API/webhooks beyond Keap (general SaaS integrations)
• Understanding of order form security & compliance (PCI, SSL, etc.)
• Light HTML/CSS for customizing pages/forms
• Familiarity with automation strategy (not just tech implementation)
