and managing enquiries from prospective clients and their families.

The Role
This position (15 hours/week, Monday - Friday) involves maintaining partnerships with referral
organisations, managing incoming enquiries and ensuring prospective clients receive warm, timely follow
up.
Responsibilities:
1) Referral Management Monitor incoming referrals from partner organisations. Maintain records of who
referred whom and coordinate with internal tea
2) Client Follow-Up Reach out to prospective clients and families who've enquired but not yet booked.
Provide information, answer questions and schedule consultations.
3) Relationship Maintenance Keep Ellia top-of-mind through occasional updates to partner organisations
and timely responses to enquiries. Build friendly, consistent communication lines that strengthen our
community presence and reputation.
4) Weekly Staff Check-ins Hold weekly check-ins with support staff to confirm their schedules, ensure all
clients are booked in as expected, and identify any issues or support needs.
