We’re looking for a results-driven Ads Manager to plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. You’ll be responsible for strategy, audience targeting, performance analysis, and creative testing to deliver measurable ROI for client brands.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and hands-on experience managing ad accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager
Conduct audience and competitor research to define target segments
Write, test, and optimize ad copy and creative hooks to improve performance
Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions) and prepare weekly reports
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align ads with overall campaign goals
Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spending
A/B test visuals, captions, and CTAs to continually improve results
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience managing digital ad campaigns across major platforms
Strong understanding of media buying, targeting, and optimization
Familiarity with pixel tracking, custom audiences, and remarketing
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a high-growth, creative environment
(Bonus) Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brand advertising
