Overview

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Content Manager to manage our online presence, run high-performing ad campaigns, and deliver engaging content across multiple platforms. You will play a major role in supporting our business brand, services, and campaigns by driving visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

Plan, launch, and optimise advertising campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram

Track performance and deliver weekly metrics (ROI, leads, conversions, CPL, CTR, etc.)

Retargeting & funnel-based campaign execution

Suggest and manage budgets and scaling strategy

Content & Brand Growth

Create content calendars and growth strategies across IG, TikTok, and YouTube

Develop content—short-form videos, graphics, reels, carousels, captions, email newsletters

Write compelling ad copy, landing page text, and marketing scripts

Brand storytelling and campaign themes

Design & Multimedia

Edit videos for paid ads and social media

Design graphics for social media posts, campaigns, flyers, and brand creatives

Basic motion graphics and animation skills a plus

Business & Campaign Support

Manage multiple IG pages and digital brands

events promotions, business campaigns, and investor marketing

Stay current on digital trends & algorithm changes

Requirements

Proven experience managing paid ads (Meta & Google required)

Content creation skills — video editing, graphic design, reels/tiktok content

Strong copywriting & creative storytelling abilities

Familiarity with marketing automation & landing pages (Canva, CapCut/Premiere, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, MailChimp/Klaviyo preferred)

Data-driven mindset with ability to report performance

Ability to work independently and bring ideas
