Experienced ArchiCAD Building Designer / Architectural Drafter (Work From Home – Full Time)

We are Campbell Hill Group, a Sydney-based building design firm specialising in high-end homes, duplexes and complying development approvals in NSW.

We are looking for experienced Building Designers / Architectural Drafters who can confidently produce documentation in ArchiCAD 26 and understand Australian residential controls, especially NSW CDC and DA.

This is a long-term, full-time, work-from-home role, working aligned to Sydney hours (8:30am – 5:30pm AEST, Monday–Friday).

Responsibilities

You will:

Use ArchiCAD 26 to produce:

Floor plans, elevations, roof plans and site plans

DA / CDC documentation sets

Revisions and mark-ups from redlines


Interpret and apply Australian building codes, planning controls and site constraints

Follow and develop Campbell Hill Group’s design language (modern, high-end residential) – you can see our style on Instagram

Communicate clearly during work hours and update on progress

Manage your own workload and meet deadlines without needing micromanagement

Requirements – Please Do NOT Apply Unless You Have These

Strong, proven proficiency in ArchiCAD 26 (this is a must)

Experience working on Australian residential projects (for an Australian company or clients)

Understanding of NSW CDC, DA or CC documentation standards

A reliable computer capable of running ArchiCAD smoothly and stable internet

Ability to work full-time, 8:30am – 5:30pm AEST (Sydney time), Monday–Friday

Ability to think creatively, solve design issues, and take initiative


Nice to have (not required but a plus):

Experience with duplexes / terraces / high-end homes

Experience in basic 3D massing or simple visuals
