Client Onboarding & Upsell Consultant (International Forex Brand)

Evolute Trading is an international trading education and automation company with thousands of active members worldwide. We help clients start trading through our award-winning broker partnerships, algorithmic systems, and coaching programs. Our clients are serious about results, and we need someone who can guide them, onboard them, and show them the best upgrade paths inside our ecosystem.

You will be the first face new international clients meet.
Your job is to make their start seamless, build trust, and help them understand which of our systems fit them best, including our premium automated strategies.

This is not cold calling. Every client you speak with is already a paying or registered lead, ready to get started.

Key Responsibilities

Host Zoom onboarding calls with new clients (3–10 per day).
Walk clients through setting up their broker, joining our Telegram/WhatsApp groups, and accessing their course.
Provide a professional, friendly, and confident first impression.
Identify which clients qualify for advanced products and upsell them during or after the call.
Update Airtable CRM (client status, tags, upsell notes).
Coordinate with customer service and marketing to ensure smooth communication.
Record and report your weekly performance metrics.

Qualifications
Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
Experience in sales, customer onboarding, or fintech/forex/crypto industries.
Confident on video calls (Zoom) with international clients.
Organized, dependable, and proactive communicator.
Comfortable working night shifts (Europe time zones).
Stable internet, quiet environment, professional presentation.

Compensation

Base salary: $700–$900/month (depending on experience)
Performance bonus available.
13th-month pay and long-term career growth for consistent performers.

Schedule
Monday–Friday
9 hours/day availability, flexible schedule aligned with European time (4PM–1AM PH time)
