As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant who are experienced in E-commerce tasks to join our team and help with a wide range of tasks within an e-commerce environment.

#Role Overview
As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping the business organized and efficient as we grow. You’ll work closely with the founders, managing a variety of tasks that keep our daily operations running smoothly – just like clock work.

# Examples of Key Responsibilities
Schedule & Publish Ads on Snapchat & Meta
Daily Data Entry: Marketing, Financial and Monitoring
Monitor Budgets in Snapchat & Facebook Ads Manager
Follow Up The Team's Deliveries & E-commerce Operations
Have An Overview Of The Business Projects & Processes

# Requirements
Proven Experience As A Virtual Assistant For E-Commerce Brands
Excellent English Communication Skills (Written & Spoken)
Highly Organised With exceptional Attention To Detail
Ability To Multitask Tasks and Projects Simultaneously.

+ Bonus: Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
+ Bonus: Your work CET time: 8AM-4PM

# What We Offer
Fixed Salary: $750/month
Work Days: Monday-Friday
Work Load: 8 hours/day
Location: Remote
