We’re hiring a Cold Caller to reach out to warm and cold leads during US hours, following proven systems that turn interest into appointments. If you’re sharp, reliable, and driven by performance, this is your seat.
What You’ll Do:
Call qualified leads and engage in structured conversations.
Follow proven scripts and refine your flow with feedback.
Handle objections confidently and maintain control of each call.
Keep notes, data, and performance clean in the CRM (training provided).
Maintain consistent performance during US time zones.
What You’ll Get:
Commission on closed deals + Base Pay after short paid probation (a few weeks)

You’re Perfect for This If You:
Speak fluent English and sound confident on calls.
Have experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales (preferred).
Are available during US hours and consistent with performance.
Handle accountability well and aim to improve with every call.
