Social Content Producer (Full-Time, Philippines)

ABOUT US
We are Lion Legion, a UK print-on-demand apparel brand (tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs). We’ve got 1,400+ designs, strong fulfilment, Shopify + GA4 dialled in, Trello for production, and Slack for comms. Your mission: turn our catalogue into daily content that grows reach, engagement, and site sessions. You may support a second, smaller POD store later.

OUTCOMES (FIRST 90 DAYS)
Reach +30% MoM
Engagement rate (ER) 3–5% average across posts
Social ? site sessions +25% MoM (traffic from social to our site)
60–90 posts/month (mix of feed, Stories, Reels/Shorts)
8 structured tests/month (hypothesis ? result ? keep/kill learning)
4–6 ad-ready creatives/week for our paid team

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Plan, create, and post daily content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts (LL first; smaller store later)
Build weekly content calendars and test plans (hooks, formats, captions, CTAs)
Edit short-form video and produce fast graphic variants
Repurpose best assets; maintain a living hook bank (best opening lines/visuals)
Handle community replies on your organic posts within 12 hours
Log results weekly with clear keep/kill calls and next bets

ANALYTICS & WORKFLOW
Shopify familiarity preferred (analytics/reports/apps)
GA4 (Google Analytics 4) used for KPI checks and reporting
Trello for workflow, Slack for daily stand-ups
In Trello, you’ll move each card through Brief ? Draft (AI) ? Humanised ? Review ? Scheduled ? Live, and attach a quick keep/kill note with 48-hour results.

TOOLING POLICY (IMPORTANT)
We’ll fund one new content tool subscription for you (your choice, owner approves).
Bring the stack you work fastest in.
Our recommendation: Canva Pro + CapCut (desktop or mobile) is the most efficient combo for rapid social graphics + Shorts/Reels editing.
Alternatives you can choose instead: Adobe Express, VN Video Editor, DaVinci Resolve (if you’re power-user video).
If you use your own accounts; we pay the monthly fee.

AI POLICY (CREATOR ROLE)
Use AI to go fast; publish like a pro. AI is encouraged for ideas, first drafts (visuals + copy), variants, subtitles, and reporting summaries.
Human pass required. No raw AI output goes live. Every asset must be humanised for Lion Legion’s tone, UK English, accuracy, and IP safety.
Owner approval needed for AI-led campaign plans, edgy humour, or heavy AI “art” as a primary product image.
Not allowed: unlicensed IP, impersonations/deepfakes, or any undisclosed AI presented as original art.

Humanisation checklist (tick before posting):
Brand fit & UK tone • Niche context (patriotic/funny/seasonal) • Clear hook in first 1–2 seconds/lines • Mobile readability • Correct facts/dates/delivery cut-offs • British spelling • IP/compliance safe • CTA + tracking in place.

WORKING PATTERN (PHT)
Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri
Daily Slack check-in by 10:00 PHT with top priorities and blockers
Light weekend cover during delivery cut-offs/launches (time off in lieu next week)

MUST-HAVES
3–5 years hands-on social content creation for ecommerce/DTC
Short-form video editing (Reels/Shorts) and fast social graphics
Evidence of posts/Reels/Shorts that achieved real results (reach, ER, clicks)
Basic analytics literacy (platform insights, GA4 overview) and a test-and-learn mindset
Fast, reliable internet: min 25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up (speed test required) + backup connection (e.g., hotspot)

NICE TO HAVE
POD exposure
Experience with UK audiences and delivery cut-off messaging

COMPENSATION (FREELANCE CONTRACTOR, PAID WEEKLY VIA PAYPAL)
Range offered: $1,300–$1,600 USD/month (all-in) for a very good creator who also posts, depending on portfolio and results
Quarterly performance bonus available based on KPI hits

Clear path to a “proper” PH employee offer after ~8 months if performance and mutual interest align

HOW TO APPLY (NO GENERIC APPLICATIONS)

2 simple template previews you’d use to speed up production (image or link).
Share one before/after example where you used AI for a first draft and then humanised it for tone and accuracy (1 image or short clip + final caption).
Confirm your internet speed (screenshot/link) and backup plan.

Optional: a ?2-minute Loom walking through a high-performing asset and why it worked.

Finalists complete a paid 1-week trial: deliver 12 assets (8 posts + 4 Reels) from our designs + a one-page report with results and next tests.
