Compensation: $1,500–$1,800 USD/month (full-time contractor), negotiable
About the role: Own account health and relationships with ad platforms and payment processors; keep us compliant and connected.
What you’ll do:
• Be primary point of contact for Meta/YouTube/TikTok/AppLovin reps and Stripe/PayPal.
• Schedule regular check-ins, take notes, track action items, and follow through.
• Monitor policy updates; keep a simple internal guideline; run pre-publish final checks (copy + visuals + disclaimers).
• Triage disapprovals/reviews; prepare tight appeal packets (evidence, screenshots, IDs/KYB); track time-to-resolution.
• Maintain an “account health” sheet: strikes, disapprovals, billing thresholds, spend caps, risk flags.
• Build a contact map via LinkedIn/email outreach (goal: 5–10 relevant new contacts/month).
• Coordinate with Legal on disclaimers (e.g., AI voice/talent), and ensure they’re applied consistently.
• Support vendor onboarding/KYC and keep an audit trail of all submissions.
What you’ll need:
• Excellent spoken/written English; high-EQ communicator who can represent the brand professionally.
• 1–3 years in paid media ops, account management, risk/compliance, or platform support.
• Working knowledge of major ad policies (Meta/Google/TikTok) and basic FTC/ASA principles (or fast learner).
• Strong organization: multiple threads, clear documentation, quick responses.
Nice to have (not required):
• Experience with Stripe Risk/PayPal disputes or as a platform/agency rep.
• Familiarity with DR funnels so conversations with reps are substantive.
Success looks like:
• Account uptime: zero suspensions; proactive issue flags.
• Responsiveness: <1 business day to rep/processor
• Resolution speed: average policy issue resolved <72 hours.
• Fewer disapprovals: measurable month-over-month reduction; higher appeal win rate.
• Relationship depth: recurring meetings logged; growing contact list.
