Virtual Operations Manager

We are a fast-growing creator management agency that helps online creators grow and manage their digital communities.

We are looking for a Virtual Operations Manager to lead and oversee a remote team of operators, monitor daily performance, and ensure smooth communication and productivity across all shifts.

Responsibilities

Supervise a remote team of 5–10 operators across different time zones

Monitor KPIs, reports, and workflow consistency

Provide feedback, support, and problem-solving to maintain high standards

Coordinate with management through ---------- and Airtable

Assist in onboarding and training new tea ---------- mbers

Requirements

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Proven experience managing remote teams or customer-support staff

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop

Comfortable working in structured shifts (8-hour blocks, 1 day off per week)

Salary: $800/month (paid in crypto)
