Hi
We are looking for 2x new people to join the customer service team for an Australian furniture company. You will:
- Verify website orders with our warehouse software to ensure the information has passed over correctly
- Identify order errors and look for solutions
- Call customers on the phone and well as SMS to book in delivery dates
- Send customers links to pay for orders not yet paid in full
- Answer phone calls of incoming customer complaints
- Answer customer service
The successful applicant will:
- An expert in dealing with difficult customers
- Super organised
- Super efficient and have an eye for detail
- Learn quickly
- Have a great workspace at home
- Have super fast internet to take voip calls
- Be reliable and always be online to work, or otherwise communicate in advance
