? About the Role
You will be working remotely with Australian small business clients across various industries. We operate with integrity, high standards, and a caring culture where you are supported to do your best work.
Tasks may include:
• Daily and weekly bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Bank reconciliations and AP/AR processing
• BAS-related reconciliations and GST accuracy checks
• Payroll processing (as needed)
• Working within structured client workflows and SOPs
• Delivering accurate and timely results with strong communication

???? Required Skills & Experience
To be successful, you will need:
? Experience with MYOB (a MUST), Xero and QuickBooks Online
? Minimum 2 years’ experience with Australian bookkeeping
? Strong knowledge of GST and compliance requirements
? Experience managing multiple client files
? Accounting or related degree
? High attention to detail and accuracy
? Excellent written and verbal English skills
Bonus points if you’re familiar with:
• Dext
• XBert
• Australian payroll experience
