ABOUT YOU
We are seeking an articulate and relationship-driven Investor Relations Communicator to serve as the main point of contact for our investor community. You will serve as the primary point of contact for investor communications, ensuring that updates are clear, professional, and aligned with our mission. This role requires someone who can balance professionalism with warmth, maintaining trust and clarity with a high-caliber investor audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and nurture relationships with investors across our platforms.
- Coordinate and send regular investor updates through newsletters (content support provided by one of the founders).
- Respond to investor inquiries promptly and professionally with an investor relations tone, not customer support style.
- Collaborate closely with the Data Manager, taking the lead in coordinating communication and updates between teams.
- Track feedback and maintain a clear record of investor interactions.
- Ensure that all investor communication aligns with the company's messaging and values.

REQUIREMENTS:
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English..
- Prior experience in investor relations, communications, or account management preferred.
- Must have Web3 knowledge and experience - understanding of blockchain concepts, decentralized finance, and tokenized ecosystems is essential.
- Highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, quick to learn, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders.
- You understand how to communicate with investors or other high-level stakeholders.
- You can handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism.
- You’re comfortable coordinating across multiple teams.
- Must have experience with tools like HelpScout and ConvertKit, or similar tools
- Availability: Must be available and responsive during the agreed 8-hour shift.
- Good Internet Connection: Reliable and stable for remote work.
- Must have a Wise account or reside in a location that supports Wise

SALARY:
Monthly salary of $1,000 with a potential to increase to $1,200 after 3 months
YOUR PAYMENT IS FIXED AND GUARANTEED. It means that you will be paid even if we don’t have much work (although we will most likely have work for you).
