ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a **highly detail-oriented and organized Data Manager** to maintain and update our investor databases and ensure the accuracy and integrity of key company records. This role involves managing investor data, issuing share certificates, and supporting research initiatives related to our market and portfolio companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and regularly update our investors' databases.
- Issue share certificates and ensure all investor records and archives are accurately filed and well-organized.
- Conduct research on market trends and portfolio company developments to keep databases and reports current.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all managed systems.
- Support the preparation of investor-related reports and documentation when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in data management, recordkeeping, or administrative support.
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools (Zoho, Airtable, etc)
- Must have Web3 knowledge and experience - familiarity with blockchain data, tokens, and decentralized ecosystems is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Availability: Must be available and responsive during the agreed 8-hour shift.
- Good Internet Connection: Reliable and stable for remote work.
- Must have a Wise account or reside in a location that supports Wise

SALARY:
Monthly salary of $800 with a potential to increase to $1,000 after 3 months
YOUR PAYMENT IS FIXED AND GUARANTEED. It means that you will be paid even if we don’t have much work (although we will most likely have work for you).
