On-page & Technical SEO Specialist (Part Time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled On-Page & Technical SEO Specialist with extensive experience in site optimization, technical auditing, and performance improvement to manage SEO implementation across multiple client websites and projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mastery in optimizing page structures, resolving technical issues, and improving overall site health and visibility. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering measurable SEO growth.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page Optimization
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, header structures, and internal linking across client sites.
- Conduct in-depth keyword mapping to align pages with user intent and ranking opportunities.
- Implement schema markup, image optimization, and other on-page enhancements to improve search visibility.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure all content meets on-page SEO best practices.

Technical SEO & Performance
- Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve technical issues (crawlability, indexation, redirects, etc.).
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and structured data implementation.
- Work closely with developers to resolve server errors, site migration issues, and other backend SEO tasks.
- Track and report site performance through analytics platforms.
- All other duties assigned.

Salary
- $400 USD/Month

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong record of measurable results
- Proven success in improving technical site performance, rankings, and organic visibility
- Portfolio/examples must include past projects and metrics demonstrating technical and on-page SEO improvements
- Screenshots of websites, GBP profiles, etc., without performance metrics will be ignored

Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in SEMrush (required), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture to provide actionable SEO insights
- Experience working with WordPress, Webflow, and other CMS platforms
- Familiarity with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site speed optimization tools

- Ability to translate technical SEO findings into clear, strategic recommendations
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
