We’re Seen By Many, a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping e-commerce and info-based brands scale through high-performing ad campaigns.
We need creatives who live and breathe performance, people who understand trends, hooks, and storytelling, and who know how to use AI tools to create faster, smarter, and better ads.
What We’re Looking For
Video Editors: Strong in pacing, storytelling, and short-form ad structure (UGC, TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Graphic Designers: Skilled in digital ad design, branding, carousels, and landing page graphics.
Obsessed with testing new creative angles and improving performance.
Experience with AI tools (MakeUGC, HeyGen, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
Clear communication, fast turnaround, and a performance mindset.
How It Works (Project Mechanics)
Once accepted, you’ll be added to our private Slack workspace with other freelancers.
We’ll post new creative projects (video edits, static ads, product renders, etc.).
If you want to take one, claim it in Slack — first come, first serve.
Projects are paid hourly or per deliverable, depending on the scope.
Payment is released via Wise within 5 business days after approval.
