Invest With Queenie is a fast-growing personal finance and lifestyle brand with 400,000+ followers across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, helping people in Australia, the U.S., and Canada grow their wealth through investing, budgeting, and smart money hacks.

We also run Billroo, a budgeting app that helps people easily track their spending and reach their financial goals.

We work with major brands and partners — from finance and travel companies to household names — and we’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help us manage and streamline our marketing operations.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant who can help with:

Marketing reports for brand partnerships

Website updates (WordPress)

Email communication and coordination

Supporting influencer/UGC campaigns

This is a remote role based in the Philippines, with flexible hours and long-term potential for growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Reports & Campaign Tracking

Create post-campaign reports for brand partners after content is published (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).

Collect and analyse metrics such as views, engagement rate, watch time, CTR, and audience demographics.

Present data in a clean and visually appealing format using Google Slides, Canva, or Notion templates.

Keep a record of campaign performance in a central marketing tracker.

2. Website & Marketing Support

Make minor website updates on WordPress (text edits, blog uploads, link updates, and image changes).

Assist with SEO updates such as metadata, keywords, and alt text.

Upload new blog posts or media content using WordPress and schedule them as needed.

3. Communication & Coordination

Assist in email management: replying to general inquiries, partnership requests, and support messages.

Coordinate with UGC creators and influencers — help with briefs, collecting deliverables, and sharing campaign links or deadlines.

Keep track of active collaborations and ensure everyone stays on schedule.

4. General Marketing Support

Help organise marketing assets (images, videos, reports) in Google Drive or Notion.

Support ad-hoc marketing or admin tasks for both Invest With Queenie and Billroo as needed.

Occasionally assist with preparing campaign pitches or outreach lists for potential partners.

Requirements

Experience in marketing, communications, or admin support.

Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Canva, and WordPress.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Excellent written English and professional communication skills.

Organised and proactive — able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Basic understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

Experience working with influencers, UGC creators, or brands.

Familiarity with Notion, Slack, or project management tools.

Understanding of SEO, analytics, or performance marketing.

Knowledge of Canva design or presentation formatting.
