JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We are a purpose-driven organization dedicated to transforming lives through entrepreneurship, real estate, and community empowerment. Our brands — including The Compassionate Investor, Transitional Housing MAXIMIZED!, and B-Sovereign — are built around one mission: help people create legacy through purpose-driven business and housing innovation.

We’re looking for a Skool Community Manager to help us grow, organize, and engage our fast-expanding online communities. This role combines content coordination, engagement management, and system organization to ensure our members have a seamless and inspiring experience.

Role Overview

As our Community Manager, you will oversee the daily activity inside our Skool community platform, ensuring members stay engaged, supported, and connected. You’ll manage posts, coordinate events, assist with onboarding, and help streamline how the community interacts with our courses, live calls, and resources.

You’ll be the friendly, organized presence that keeps the momentum going — helping transform the community from a learning space into a movement.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement

Welcome new members daily and guide them through community navigation

Moderate discussions and respond to questions or comments with professionalism

Create, schedule, and post weekly engagement content (Mission Monday, Tip Tuesday, etc.)

Tag members in relevant posts to drive participation and accountability

Track engagement trends and recommend improvements

Content & Events Coordination

Manage the Skool calendar (add Zoom links, live coaching calls, challenges, and Q&As)

Upload video replays, resources, and guides from live sessions

Coordinate with the leadership team on announcements and special events

Ensure course modules, lessons, and downloads are properly organized and updated

Systems & Support

Maintain community structure — categories, levels, and leaderboards

Provide member support for login issues, access requests, and profile updates

Use spreadsheets or dashboards to track growth, engagement, and progress metrics

Collaborate with marketing and operations to align community updates with launches

Required Skills

Proven experience managing Skool, Kajabi, Circle, Discord, or similar community platforms

Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal (English fluency required)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience scheduling posts, managing events, and tracking engagement

Comfortable using Google Workspace, Canva, and project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana)

Tech-savvy and proactive problem solver

Creative thinker with a people-first attitude

Bonus Skills

Experience with video or course platforms (Zoom, YouTube, Passion.io)

Experience with HeyGen

Copywriting or light social media content creation skills

Understanding of the Transitional Housing MAXIMIZED! or Compassionate Investor movement

Ability to analyze community insights and recommend growth strategies
