First, a brief background on my companies located here in the United States of America.
The first company is MyInspiredMedia where we provide marketing, web development and social media solutions to clients.

The second company is ThomasSchumerGroup where we produce information training products (in the form of ebooks, CDs, membership sites, etc) for authors, coaches, and trainers.

Our fundamental philosophy for both companies is that we will pay better over time, and for better work and better skills.

Some of the responsibilities for this job include:

Lifestyle Requirements:

Have no other employer but me. I have found that most (not all) employee's who hold a second job, get burnt our very quickly.
Ability to work 9am to 5pm ( 40 hours per week / Central U.S. Standard Time) .
Ability to communicate via Skype directly with me.
Ability to be paid via PayPal.


Webmaster Skills Required:

HTML/CSS - Moderate Skill level required.
PHP - Basic knowledge required.
WordPress - Advanced (required) / Expert (preferred) level knowledge.
Ability to setup/install/edit WordPress in CPanel/FTP and using the WordPress Theme Edit options.
Ability to create email accounts in CPanel.
Ability to Create Squeeze pages.
Ability to be self directed with Tasks. When you don't know the answer, ask or figure it out.

Graphical Skills Required:

Ability to create Logo's/Buttons
Ability to create Facebook Fan Pages / YouTube Backgrounds / Twitter Backgrounds
Other Graphical Tasks will vary.
