GHL + AI Automations Specialist
We work side by side with a group of businesses to create and refine their operating systems, marketing and sales pipelines, mainly through GHL and integrating AI.
What You Will Do:
• Set up and manage GHL for CRM, automations, pipelines and marketing campaigns
• Build and optimize email sequences, landing pages, forms and funnels
• Create AI-powered workflows including GHL Agent AI
• Collaborate on smarter lead generation strategies and continuous testing
• Track key metrics and provide insights to improve campaign performance
• Manage tasks across several client accounts with strong attention to detail
Must-Haves
• Proven GHL experience across CRM, automations, email marketing and funnels
• Hands-on experience using GHL Agent AI
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Strong communication and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
• Comfortable working with a team during EST business hours
Nice to Have
• Zapier, Make, ClickUp, or similar integrations
• Basic HTML for quick edits to pages, emails, and embeds
• Google Apps Script for light scripting and workflow glue
• Third-party platform integrations into GHL
• Exposure to CRO techniques or analytics platforms
• Ability to build simple apps with AI useful but not required
• Certifications or advanced training in GHL or related systems
