Influencer Marketing Outreach

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Influencer Outreach Specialist to help us find and contact influencers for product collaborations.
You’ll be responsible for researching influencers, collecting contact info, and sending outreach emails or DMs using our scripts and templates.

???? Your Responsibilities

1. Find Influencers
• Search for influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who fit specific criteria (e.g., wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or product niche provided).
• Must have 3,000+ followers and active engagement.
• Verify they have a public business email in their bio or on their channel.

2. Collect Contact Info
• Record influencer data in Google Sheets:
• Instagram / TikTok / YouTube handle
• Link to profile
• Contact email
• Follower count
• Engagement rate (if available)
• Niche / topic
• Only include verified leads with valid contact emails.

3. Send Outreach Messages
• Use provided email and DM templates to reach out to influencers.
• Customize each message slightly to make it personal.
• Track responses, follow-ups, and accepted collaborations in a CRM or Google Sheet.

• Strong English communication (especially written).
• Experience with influencer research or lead generation.
• Comfortable navigating Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Organized and detail-oriented — you can track dozens of leads.
• Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel).
• Reliable internet connection and consistent communication.
