Immediate Start - Urgent 8hr Gig - Multiple PDF to Flipbook & Touchscreen Kiosk Setup

We have a brand new Touchscreen Kiosk running Windows 10. We want to create a locked down Bookshelf environment with multiple surgical catalogues in Flip Book format, for surgeons attending a trade show next week to view on our kiosk. Our catalogue files are currently in PDF format and need to be converted to FlipBook style. We also want the ability for the surgeons to either register their interest in having a catalogue(s) sent to them at a later time (i.e use a Google Form and then we manually email the requested catalogues) OR for the software to allow the surgeon to enter their email address and have it sent immediately (or when internet access is available). The kiosk will have internet access via Wifi but we don’t expect the wifi to be reliable, so an offline solution might be best. From our brief research we believe the following software solutions might be suited: Yodeck Kiosk used in conjunction with the Flipbook converter we already have access to via our Corporate Canva account. Am open to other software solutions, however we only need this solution for 2 weeks so don’t wish to pay for any annual software subscriptions, monthly subscription where we can cancel after 1 month is okay.
