Key Responsibilities
*Make outbound calls using a power dialer
*Qualify leads and schedule confirmed appointments
*Handle objections confidently and professionally
*Meet and exceed daily & weekly performance goals

Qualifications
*Minimum 1–2 years of appointment setting or outbound cold calling experience (not customer service)
*Excellent English communication & persuasive skills
*Confident, resilient, and results-driven attitude
*Familiarity with power dialers (Convoso, V ---------- , Mojo, etc.)
*Reliable internet connection and backup power source!!!!

Compensation
Hourly rate: $4–$8 USD (based on experience)
Bonuses & performance incentives for hitting targets
