Bixpy designs high-performance electric motors and accessories for kayaks, paddleboards, and small watercraft. We’re growing fast and are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Representative to support day-to-day operations, reseller management, and marketing initiatives.
This role is perfect for a self-starter who loves working with customers, staying organized, and helping drive revenue.
What You’ll Do:
Sales Support
Respond to daily dealer, reseller, and customer inquiries.
Identify and recruit new resellers (outreach + follow-ups).
Log and track communications through HubSpot.
Maintain reseller and contact records.
Track lead status and follow-ups to ensure no leads fall through the cracks.
Customer Service
Manage customer communication via
Redirect technical questions to the proper internal team.
Ambassador / Influencer Support
Communicate with ambassadors and ensure deliverables are met.
Coordinate product shipments for content creators.
Collect raw photo/video content and keep media folders updated.
Marketing Operations
Manage social media content calendar.
Edit short-form videos + photos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, lifestyle, installation clips).
Support the execution of campaigns around product launches, holidays, and promotions.
Research emerging platforms, content trends, and new ideas to increase engagement.
Maintain content organization + UGC library.
Experienced with
Administrative & Coordination
Schedule partner and content meetings.
Maintain marketing and production calendars.
Record and distribute meeting notes.
Update reseller CRM lists as needed.
Who You Are
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong communicator (written + verbal).
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing fast-moving tasks.
Customer-first and solutions-focused.
Proactive and great at managing deadlines.
Experienced with social media content creation.
Experienced with Shopify, Hubspot, Attentive, etc.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
Experience with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Ability to edit short-form videos and basic photo editing.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
