Job Title: Remote Locksmith Dispatcher (Philippines) – US Hours (San Diego, CA)

Job Description:
We are a professional locksmith company based in San Diego, California, seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Dispatcher to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls from customers in need of locksmith services
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently
• Provide accurate quotes and service explanations
• Maintain communication and follow-up until job completion
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
• Strong spoken English (clear and confident communication is a must)
• Fast and stable internet connection
• Ability to work US time zone (night shift in PH)
• Responsible, quick thinker, and able to handle fast-paced situations
• Experience in dispatching or service coordination is preferred (locksmith / towing / HVAC is a plus)
