Customer Service & Sales Representative

As the Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every interaction reflects the quality and care the company is known for. The company you’ll be representing is a well-established catering company based in Maryland, known for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and outstanding service. You’ll work closely with the CEO and the internal team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

++ Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and chat
++ Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support to all inquiries
++ Assist customers with sales-related questions and guide them through the purchasing process
++ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
++ Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
>> Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
>> A naturally pleasant and professional demeanor
>> Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
>> Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
>> Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
>> Must be able to work Eastern Time (ET) hours
