Bubble.io Developer Needed to Build and Optimize All-in-One Wedding Planning Platform (160-Hour Project)

I’m seeking an experienced ---------- developer to help complete and refine an existing application called the Ruban Bleu Planning Suite — a fully branded, all-in-one wedding planning and operations platform designed to replace HoneyBook and Aisle Planner.

The foundation of the app has already been generated using Bubble’s AI builder and partial templates, so this is not a build-from-scratch project. The goal now is to fine-tune, integrate features, and ensure all modules work seamlessly.

Scope of Work

You’ll be responsible for reviewing, refining, and completing functionality based on the attached PDF (detailed feature specification). Core areas include:

CRM and Pipeline Management: Lead forms, proposals, contracts, invoicing, payments (Stripe/PayPal/ACH).

Project Management: Checklists, timelines, tasks, and files for each wedding.

Client & Vendor Portals: Role-based dashboards for clients, planners, and vendors.

Time Tracking & Timesheets: Hour logging per task/project, weekly submission, and approval workflow.

Automations: Stage transitions (Onboarding, 30 Days Out, Event Day, Post Event, Completed), notifications, and email reminders.

Wedding Websites & RSVP Integration: Auto-generated sites tied to each couple’s project (optional Phase 2).

Admin Dashboard: Role-based permissions, performance metrics, and reporting.

Requirements

Proven ---------- experience (apps with CRM, project management, or portal functionality preferred).

Strong understanding of Bubble data models, workflows, privacy rules, and role-based permissions.

Ability to work efficiently with existing AI-generated structures and prebuilt templates — not starting from scratch.

Comfortable optimizing performance, debugging automations, and improving UI/UX.

Experience integrating Stripe and basic email/SMS automation (SendGrid, Twilio, etc.).

Communicates clearly, documents changes, and works transparently.
