Are you a creative, data-driven marketer ready to help grow a premium renovation brand? XBathrooms, a company specializing in modern bathroom designs and renovations, is looking for a Marketing Strategist with deep expertise in design, web development, and Google Ads management to elevate our digital presence and drive long-term brand growth.

This is a full-time role (30–40 hours per week) for someone who’s ready to take ownership of all things design, development, and marketing — and become a trusted, long-ter ---------- mber of our team.

About the Role

You’ll take the lead in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand visibility, generate leads, and elevate our online identity.

We’re looking for someone who’s not just skilled — but an expert in creating high-impact visuals, building beautiful and functional websites from scratch, and managing data-driven ad campaigns that deliver measurable results.

You’ll work closely with our management and design teams to ensure that every project — from our website to our marketing materials — reflects the quality, style, and precision that define XBathrooms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms

Create engaging visuals, posts, and promotional materials using Canva

Design and develop websites from scratch, ensuring they are aesthetic, responsive, and SEO-optimized

Manage and optimize the company website — ensuring it’s updated, user-friendly, and design-driven

Run and monitor Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and inquiries

Manage SEO strategies and continuously improve ranking performance

Track campaign performance and generate reports for continuous improvement

Collaborate with management to align strategies with business goals

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, web design, or digital strategy

Proven expertise in web development — able to build full websites and templates from scratch (not just edit existing ones)

Strong eye for design and detail, with a portfolio of aesthetic, clean, and modern work

Expert-level skill in Google Ads, SEO, and campaign management

Strong proficiency in Canva and website creation tools

Excellent communication skills — fluent English is required for clear, natural communication

Prior experience working with Australian companies is a strong advantage

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
