Meta Ads Specialist for US Detailing Consulting Business ($10-15/hour, Part-Time)

We're Detail Domination Blueprint - a fast-growing consulting business that helps detailing business owners scale to $20K-$50K/month through our proven systems.
We need a Meta Ads specialist who can make our $5K/month ad spend PROFITABLE.
Right now, our Facebook & Instagram ads are NOT profitable. We need someone who can fix that and scale us FAST.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running and managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns (Meta only)
Creating ad strategies that generate qualified leads for our high-ticket consulting offer ($3K-$15K packages)
Testing audiences, ad copy, and creatives to find winners
Optimizing campaigns daily to improve ROAS
Scaling winning ads without killing performance
Reporting weekly on spend, leads, CPA, and ROAS
Working with our team in Slack for quick communication


What We're Looking For:
? 2+ years of experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
? Proven track record of managing $50K+ in total ad spend
? Case studies showing 3X+ ROAS (we want to see PROOF of results)
? Experience with high-ticket B2B or coaching/consulting offers (not e-commerce)
? Strong understanding of lead generation funnels - not just running ads, but getting QUALIFIED leads
? Data-driven - you make decisions based on metrics, not guesses
? Comfortable working independently and reporting results
? Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
? Available for overlap with US hours (CST timezone preferred)

Compensation:

$10-15/hour depending on experience and proven results
Part-time position (20-25 hours/week)
Performance bonuses when we hit ROAS targets
Potential to scale to full-time as we increase ad spend and scale the business
