We’re looking for a dedicated, consistent, and reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage daily
This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, great at communication, and disciplined with time. You’ll be given a proven SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and complete training on how to follow up with leads properly — so no prior experience with sales or DMs is required, just the willingness to learn and follow instructions precisely.
Key Responsibilities:
Log into our
Follow up with all new and existing leads according to the SOP provided.
Record and track all lead interactions (replies, follow-ups, status updates).
Maintain clear communication and professionalism in all messages.
Send an end-of-day report summarizing:
Who was followed up with
Replies received
Leads that need personal attention
What You’ll Get:

Requirements:
Excellent written English (grammar + tone).
Reliable internet connection.
Available to work daily (5–6 days a week).
Organized, responsive, and punctual with reporting.
Able to use Google Sheets or Notion for tracking.
Comfortable using
Bonus (not required but nice to have):
Previous experience in lead generation or DM outreach.
Familiar with
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
Working Hours:
Flexible, but must follow up every day and submit the report by the end of your shift/day.
Estimated workload:
6 days a week: 12–14 hours per week
Compensation:
???? $200/month (fixed) paid monthly via PayPal or Wise or Crypto.
Performance-based bonuses can be added for consistent work and high responsiveness.
