We are a small family-run travel and outdoor apparel brand known for vintage-inspired designs, colorful graphics, and a love for exploration. We create unique print-on-demand (POD) T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies that celebrate adventure, nature, and nostalgia.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a creative T-Shirt Designer on a contract basis ($5 per completed design) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI image generation tools (ChatGPT and Google Gemini Nano Banana), and can produce high-quality vintage outdoor and travel-themed designs ready for POD use.

????? Responsibilities
Create original T-shirt designs that fit the Triangle Threads vintage outdoor and travel aesthetic.
Develop artwork based on reference images, concepts, or themes provided.
Work with AI-generated designs (from ChatGPT and Gemini Nano Banana) to clean up, refine, recolor, and finalize them for print.
Use Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance and prepare designs with vintage-inspired textures, color palettes, and detail.
Vectorize raster images and ensure artwork is clean, sharp, and scalable (we can provide access to vectorizer.ai if needed).
Deliver final files in transparent PNG and vector formats, suitable for print-on-demand use.
Collaborate with the creative team and apply feedback efficiently.

Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Skilled at interpreting reference art and adapting to brand style.
Familiarity with AI image generation tools (ChatGPT and Google Gemini Nano Banana).
Understanding of vintage screen print, outdoor, and travel aesthetics.
Ability to vectorize and clean up designs for high-quality printing.
Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and timely communication.
