We’re hiring a fast, creative video editor to join our performance marketing team.
If you can turn raw clips into scroll-stopping, conversion-driven ads, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
Edit short-form ad creatives (15–60 seconds) for
Add captions, motion text, and pacing that sells the product — not cinematic fluff.
Follow proven ad frameworks and deliver multiple test variations each week.
What We Expect:
Understanding of ad structure (hook ? problem ? solution ? CTA).
Clean, modern editing style with fast pacing.
Experience using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
Ability to hit deadlines and iterate quickly from feedback.
Compensation:
$800/month (full-time, remote)
Long-term role with ongoing creative testing work.
