Salary: 85k PHP per month.

Job Summary:
As our Ecom Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be my right hand on DTC and wholesale POs and the day-to-day flow of goods. You’ll maintain a clean, centralized sheet for all DTC & B2B POs (what was ordered, quantities, what’s incoming), input every inbound via ShipHero POs, and keep SKUs/barcodes and documentation buttoned up. Twice weekly you’ll collect and update ETAs across all inbounds/outbounds, note changes, and proactively notify the team as ETAs approach or if delays pop up for invoicing or routing decisions. Using packing slips and PO numbers, you’ll draft routing requests aligned to retailer requirements and coordinate with our warehouse, carriers, and manufacturers to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.

We are looking for long-term, full time applicants who want to grow within a fast-paced organization & collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure everyone is reminded what is coming in & when.

Prior Skills/Experience preferred in:
- Inventory management + forecasting
- Experience with ShipHero
- Experience working with 3PLs
- Experience talking to Chinese vendors and suppliers
- Procurement for physical products
- Customer service for Shopify ecommerce stores

Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND/OR SUPPLY CHAIN, OTHERWISE DON'T APPLY.
- High level of English communication skills.
- Prior experience working with e-commerce clients.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 4-year bachelors degree.
- High speed internet, high-quality webcam.

Preferred technical skills with the following tools:
- Excel
- Google Sheets
- Airtable
- Warehouse Management Systems (For example: Shiphero)
- WeChat/WhatsApp
