Role Description

We are seeking an as-needed attorney to support our growing practice with recurring client work and related projects. This position is ideal for an attorney who values flexibility and enjoys contributing to a niche legal practice on a project-by-project basis. For the right candidate, this opportunity may evolve into a more consistent and ongoing role within our firm.

Responsibilities

- Assist with recurring client matters and documentation review (approximately 20–30 hours per month with opportunity to expand).
- Conduct focused legal research and draft supporting materials as needed.
- Communicate professionally with clients and tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all assignments.

Qualifications

- J.D. and admission to practice law
- Prior experience in regulatory compliance, administrative law, or another detail-oriented practice area preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle recurring projects efficiently.
