Our company manufactures decorative building products that are primarily installed in kitchens and bathrooms.
We are looking for an individual that is able to:
• Manage our social media accounts:
? Schedule content postings.
? Monitor questions and comments posted on our pages.
? Interact with followers: thank them for their comments, like their photos, etc.
• Lead generation:
? Our lead gen efforts are currently focused within social media.
? We would like to have our brand start interacting with more architects, interior designers, tile retailers, and general contractors. Our goal is to have these individuals/organizations start selling or recommending our products.
? We would like our VA to start targeting these individuals/organizations on social media: follow their pages, like their posts, ask them questions, comments, etc. We do not want to spam or directly sell right away. Rather, we are looking to simply interact with them on a social platform and develop a rapport.
? If and individual/organization from the list above shows interest in our products or services, we ask that all of their information is entered into our CRM so a sales person could contact them.
• Photoshop/Design:
? Create social media layout designs/banner ads. We have a large collection of photos of our products installed all over the world. Through the use of Photoshop or Adobe Spark, we would like creative displays made from our photos before posting.
• Skills/Qualities:
? Our ideal candidate will be interested in interior design.
? We currently use Zoho for our CRM. While it is not imperative that one has used this particular service, it would be beneficial to have experience entering data into a CRM.
We are using Hootsuite for social media.
